高速逆流色谱分离雷公藤中的雷酚内酯异构体

摘　　要：利用高速逆流色谱法从雷公藤植物粗提物分离得到一个化合物。两相溶剂体系为正己烷/乙酸乙酯/甲醇/水(2∶3∶3∶2,V/V/V/V),水相作流动相,有机相作固定相。经单晶X-衍射分析确定该化合物为雷酚内酯异构体。晶体参数为:晶体为正交晶系,空间群为P2(1)2(1)2(1);晶胞参数为:a=0.71913(10)nm,b=1.25227(19)nm,c=3.5786(5)nm;晶胞体积为V=3.2227(8)nm3;Z=8。One compound was isolated from Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook. F. （TWHF） by highspeed counterourrent chromatography （HSCCC）. The solvents used in HSCCC were consisted of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, methanol and water by the ratio of 2： 3： 3：2 （V/V/V/V）. The aqueous solution was the mobile phase and the organic solution was the stationary phase. The structure of this compound was identified as the stereoisomer of triptophenolide by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Crystal data of this compound was found as follows：orthorhombic,space group F2（ 1 ）2（ 1 ）2（ 1 ） ,unit cell dimeusions：a =0.71913（10） nm,b = 1.25227（19） nm,c =3.5786（5） nm;V=3.2227（8） nm 3;Z =8.
