摘 要:高速龙门五轴加工中心是航空航天、模具和汽车等高科技领域的关键加工装备,机床的动静态特性是影响机床性能的重要因素,将间接或直接影响机床最后的加工性能;在高速龙门五轴加工中心的设计中,采用有限元分析技术对机床整机及桥梁、横梁、滑板、滑枕、工作台和双摆头等主要部件进行了静力学分析和模态分析,发现横梁与滑枕为影响整机动静态性能的薄弱环节,对横梁与滑枕的截面形状和筋板布局进行设计改进,从而提高了机床的动静态性能。High speed 5-axis gantry machining center is a key device in the high-tech industries such as aerospace, mold manufacturing,vehicle ,etc. ,which dynamic and static characteristic of machine tools is the main factors that may affect the machining performance of the tools indirectly or directly.In the design of a high speed gantry machining center, both static force analysis and modal analysis are performed with the help of FEM software for the complete machine and its main components such as supporting walls, beam,sliding board and ram as well as working table and double pendulum,etc.According to these analy- ses, the frail parts that impact the dynamics of the whole machine seriously are found,and the improved de- sign for the beans and ram has been done by the change of cross section and rib arrangement.Through these modifications ,the performance of maehine tool is improved greatly.
