摘  要:新型环面蜗杆副是一种含球面啮合件的传动机构,由三体(蜗杆、钢球和蜗轮)构成,其将传统的滑动副变为滚动副,提高了传动效率,并通过失配共轭(点啮合化)技术提高了传动副对各类误差的适应性。在环面蜗杆副结构原理的基础上,基于蜗杆廓面准线分析了廓面的几何学性质,并以准线为依据确定出成形法加工蜗杆廓面时的刀位规划方法;在UG平台的基础上构造出蜗杆的数字模型,以规划刀位进行了加工仿真实验。结果表明,提出的刀位规划方法可行,能够保证高精度的蜗杆廓面。The novel-type enveloping worm pair with spherical meshing elements is made up of three parts(worm,steel ball,and worm gear ).Its drive efficiency is improved by changing traditional sliding pair into a rollingpair and adaptability is improved by the applying of mismatched technology (i.e.the point contact). Based on the structure theory of the worm pair and the directrix of the worm pair contour surface ,the geometric properties of worm surface are particularly analyzed.In addition a tool-path planning, based on the directrix,is presented for manufacturing the surface by the forming method.On UG platform,the mathematic model of worm surface is established and a machining simulation of worm numerical model is operatea The result shows that the tool-path planning method is feasible to obtain the worm surface with high-precision.
