摘 要:数字化三维模型成为整个产品生命周期中不可缺少的驱动因素,然而高效构建复杂铸件的数字化模型一直是机械制造工业链中的瓶颈,针对变速箱、阀体、增压壳体等铸件,着重分析了它们在三维建模过程中的关键技术难点,基于UG/Modeling软件平台,提出了一系列快速、高质量构建复杂铸件三维模型的经验与方法,完成具有复杂结构、高要求流道曲面两大类复杂铸件三维模型的构建,为产品或模具开发等后续设计、数控制造环节提供高一致性二维、三维数据。Digital three-dimensional models have become necessary and one of the several key driven factors during the development cycle of modern product,but it is still a bottle neck to construct the models of complex castings correctly and effectively in modern industrial chains.Focused on casting with complex structure and high quality runner surface ,such as gear-box,faucet and vertical shell etc.it has analyzed key technical difficuhies in their three-dimensional modeling, and then several effective methods and experiences for constructing complex casting 3D model have been achieved based on Modeling module of software Unigraphics with complex structure ,high quality run'net surface, which provided 2D,3D data with high consistency for following designing and NC machining the developed products or moulds.
