摘  要:主要以CX8075型车铣复合加工中心的横梁为研究对象,采用SolidWorks进行了三维建模,利用工程有限元分析软件ANSYS对其热稳态特性进行分析。分析结果表明,当加工中心摆动铣头处于60m/min高速进给的情况下,横梁整体的温度较低,而只有在其与床鞍之间的滑动导轨副周围的温度较高,最高温度约为61℃;热变形最大处位于最上面的导轨副上,向下逐渐减小,且位于同一水平面上的各点的热变形不相等,需要在横梁的关键部位(即热变形最大处)安装相应的温度检测装置,以减少热变形对加工中心加工精度的影响,为数控机床的热误差补偿提供了依据。This article discusses the thermal characteristics of the beam of high speed turn-mitring combined CNC machining center CX8075 with FEA (Finite Element Analysis)software ANSYS.During the process ,it constructs a model of the beam by use of software SolidWorks,then afinite element model for the beam is established and its boundary conditions is calculated.Finally,it analyzes the conditions of temperature distribution and thermal deformation on the beam.When the feed speed of milling head is 60m/min, the temperature of the rail between the saddle and the beam is higher than elsewhere on the beam,and the highest temperature is 61℃From the upper rail tO the bottom of the beam the thermal deformation reduces. Moreover,the thermal deformation varies with the position on the Same horizontal plane of the beam.Based on the analyzing results ,we should place temperature sensors in order to test the temperature of key points, which provides the theory basis for reducing the impact of thermal deformation on the machining accuracy of the machining center and compensating the deviation caused by thermal deformation.
