摘 要:企业为了以最快速度、最低成本提供质量最优的产品来快速响应市场,从而在市场取得有利竞争,这使得企业的机械产品设计活动越来越趋向基于知识资源的协同设计,由于企业内部及其产业链上存在着大量知识,它们以不同的表现形式和组织方式分布在不同的知识系统中,形成了大量"知识孤岛"。对这些知识实施有效集成,提高知识共享和重用效率,加快创新速度,是企业急需解决的问题。针对制造企业中的机械产品设计人员在产品设计业务过程中难以准确获取所需知识的问题,通过分析产品设计人员知识需求的特点以及处理过程,提出了面向协同的机械产品设计知识与业务集成模型。以此为基础,以汽车企业零部件设计知识与业务集成为例,通过实例的应用验证了模型及方法的可行性。Usually one enterprise will provide optimal product in quality in order to respond market rapidly with the fastest speed and at the lowest cost,which may achieve competitive advantage in market competition and leads the enterprise's mechanical product design to collaborative design based on knowledge resources.Since a great deal of knowledge is available in enterprise internal and its industry chain, which distribute in different forms and different ways of organizing, and a large"knowledge island"is formed. The effective integration of the knowledge may improve the knowledge sharing and reuse efficiency, acceler- ate innovation speed,which are the urgent problems for enterprise to resolve.In view of the difficulties for product design staff of manufacturing companies to accurately obtain the required knowledge in the design- ing process ,a model integrating mechanical product design knowledge and business oriented to collabora- tive is established through analyzing characteristics and the process of product designers for knowledge.On this basis ,taking the integrating of design knowledge and business for auto parts design as an example of the application of the model,and the feasibility of the method is verified.
