摘　　要：分析了改革开放以来我国加强非公有制经济组织党建工作的背景,总结了党对非公有制经济组织党建工作认识的演变过程及其各地探索非公有制经济组织党建工作主要实践经验,在此基础上,提出以非公有制经济组织党建工作体制机制创新为突破口,进行党建工作领导体制、运行机制、管理服务机制、动力保障机制等系统的改革与创新,不断推进新经济组织党建工作的科学发展。Based on analyzing the background of strengthening the Party construction in non-public economic organization since the reform and opening up in China,the paper summarizes the CCP＇s understanding for the evolution process of the non-public economic organization,explores the Party construction of the non-public economic organization based on the experience of practice all over the country,and puts forward an idea that we can take the Party construction work system and mechanism innovation in non-public economic organization as a breakthrough to carry on the reform and innovation of the Party construction work leading system,operation mechanism,management service mechanism,dynamic security mechanism and other systems,thus constantly and healthily improve the Party construction work of the new economic organization.
