摘　　要：目的探讨左心室质量指数(LVMI)定量评价经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者左心室重构逆转的价值。方法选择经冠状动脉造影证实为3支冠状动脉病变的冠心病患者30例,于PCI术前2～3天及术后6个月应用实时三维超声心动图测量并比较左心室质量指数(LVMI)、左心室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果与手术前2～3天比较,术后6个月LVMI、LVEDVI减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LVEF较术前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,LVMI与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.80,P<0.05)。结论 PCI能够逆转冠心病患者的左心室重构,LVMI可对其予以定量评价。Objective To investigate the reverse of the left ventricular remodeling by left ventricular mass index in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography（RT-3DE）.Methods A total of 30 patients with coronary artery disease were enrolled,in whom coronary angiography revealed 3 branches of coronary artery abnormal.Left ventricular mass index（LVMI）,left ventricular end-diastolic volume index（LVEDVI） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） were measured and compared with RT-3DE 2-3 days before and 6 months after PCI.Results Compared to those before PCI,LVMI and LVEDVI were significantly lower 6 months after PCI（P0.05）,LVEF were significantly higher（P0.05）.Linear correlative analysis showed excellent negative correlation between LVMI and LVEF（r=-0.80,P0.05）.Conclusion PCI can reverse left ventricular remodeling,which can be quantitatively evaluated by left ventricular mass index.
