摘　　要：网络给人们的阅读习惯和文献传播方式带来了变化,在分析网络环境下图书馆文献传播角色和社会公关角色的基础上,就如何加强图书馆社会文献传播职能提出一些看法。Network has brought changes to people＇s reading habit and the mode of spreading literature information,this paper analyzes the dissemination role and social public relation role of library in network environment,and brings forward some strategies to strengthen the social function of spreading literature information of library.
