摘　　要：编目工作是图书馆基础工作的重要组成部分,在图书馆工作流程中具有承前启后的桥梁作用,是联系文献资源与读者的媒介。探讨了网络环境下编目工作的变化、编目人员现状及其对编目人员的职业新要求。Cataloging is an important part of the basic work in library,it has the role of contacting the past and the future in library work processes,and is the media of readers to contact literature resources.This paper discusses the changes of cataloging and the new professional requirements of cataloguers under the network environment.
