摘  要:基于可拓学的物元理论、可拓集合论和关联函数的计算,给出硫化矿石自燃倾向性综合判定的经典物元和节域物元,进而建立硫化矿石自燃倾向性综合判定的物元模型。选取低温氧化质量增加率、自热点、着火点3项指标作为硫化矿石自燃倾向性综合判定的基本判别因子;运用所建立的物元模型对采自国内典型金属矿山的9个具有代表性硫化矿石矿样的自燃倾向性进行了综合判定;将所得结果与利用多因素综合比较法所评价的结果进行比较,发现用物元分析法所得判定结果更能反映矿山的实际情况,表明该方法用于硫化矿石自燃倾向性的综合判定是合理可行的。Based on matter-element theory,extenics set theory and dependent function calculation,the classica1 and limited matter-elements of spontaneous combustion tendency assessment of sulfide ores were put forward.The matter-element model of comprehensive determination on spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores was established.Three main factors that reflect spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores were used as the basic evaluation factors,including the oxidation increment of ore sample under low temperature,self-heating point temperature,and ignition point temperature.The spontaneous combustion tendency of nine representative sulfide ore samples from typical metal mines was determined by matter-element model.The assessment results by matter-element analysis method are more consistent with the actual instances than the results obtained from the multi-factor synthetical method.This new method is reasonable for assessing spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores.
