摘 要:一旦发生带式输送机逆转事故,可能造成机毁人亡的后果。介绍用单向托辊阻止输送机逆转和胶带断带下滑以减少事故的方法。阐述单向托辊的摩擦制动原理,并通过力学分析和实验加以验证。实践结果表明单向托辊工作性能可靠。Once the reverse accident of conveyor belt happened,it would be subsequent on damage of the machine and injury or death of the staff.The application of monodirectional roller as an anti-reverse and deslicking measure for upward inclined belt conveyor is introduced.The friction braking principle of the monodirectional roller is described.It is verified by mechanical analysis and experiments.The measure reduces the risk of reverse and slide down accident of the belt.The practical test result shows that the working performance of monodirectional roller is reliable.
