摘　　要：针对PIR-800(400)I型智能综合保护装置在井下运行中存在的问题,更换使用KBZ-400(500、630)/1140(660)智能型矿用隔爆型真空馈电开关。利用一次处理实例,具体介绍对该开关断路器拒合闸故障的判断与处理。In accordance with the problem of PIR-800（400） I-type intelligent integrated protection device operation at underground coal mine,the KBZ-400（500,630） / 1140（660）intelligent mine flame-proof vacuum feed switch is being replaced to use.Uses one process instance,the judgment and process of switch circuit breaker refuse switch-on fault is introduced in details.
