煤矿提升系统托罐摇台的PLC控制改造

摘　　要：针对顾桥矿南区副井下口YZHT型立井罐笼缓冲换层阻尼罐摇台存在的问题,采用西门子S7-300PLC控制方案进行技术改造。重点介绍PLC控制程序的改进方法和步骤。通过技术改造,运行安全可靠,简单快捷,方便了现场操作。On account of the problem that Type YZHT shaft cage buffer layer damping tank cradle at south district of Guqiao mine auxiliary shaft,the Siemens S7-300 PLC control scheme is adopted for technique transformation.The transformation method and procedure of PLC control programme is introduced in details.From the results after transformation,it operates safe and reliability,simple and quick,which greatly facilitates the on-site operation.
