摘  要:简述了某炭硅质含钒页岩钒矿性质,介绍了原矿直接酸浸提钒和空白氧化焙烧-酸浸提钒两工艺的试验结果。两工艺的技术经济比较分析表明,采用原矿直接酸浸提钒虽然其原矿处理单位成本高4.8%,但投资省20.1%、项目投资财务内部收益率(所得税前)高1.85%、项目投资回收期缩短0.28年,且流程短,工艺简单成熟,节能环保,更容易实现工业化,可供类似钒矿借鉴和推广应用。Description is made of the property of carbonaceous and sdiceous vanadmm staale and test resmts on processes of direct acid leaching and blank oxidization and roasting acid leaching for vanadium extraction from the ROM ore. Comparison of technical and economic index shows that the use o{ ROM ore direct acid leaching resulted in 20.1~ less investment,1.85 ~ higher FIRR on investment (pre-income tax) and 0.28 year shorter investment return period, yet 4.8% more specific processing cost for per ton of ROM ore. This process is characterized by short process flowsheet, simple and sophisticated process,energy-saving and en- vironmentally friendly and easy for commercial production,It can he used for reference and popularized for similar vanadium mineral processing.
