摘　　要：针对太湖流域污水处理示范工程,结合无锡某污水处理厂污水处理工艺改造的需求,在自行设计并建立的污水处理组合工艺中试装置系统中,实现其运行自动控制。使用研华WebAccess网际组态软件作为上位机的人机交互界面,使用GE VersaMax PLC完成数据采集和系统的控制,实现系统自动运行和远程监控。自2009年投入使用以来,完全实现了污水处理自动控制的各项要求,至今运行良好。Based on the sewage treatment demonstration project in the Taihu Basin,an automatic control operating system was established in the testing system of the self-designed and constructed sewage treatment combined process,with consideration of the demands for reform of the sewage treatment process at a sewage treatment plant in Wuxi City.The automatic operation and remote monitoring of the system were realized through data collection and system control by GE VersaMax PLC,with the internet configuration software WebAccess as the human-machine interface of the host computer.Since its application in 2009,the system has met all the requirements for the automatic control of sewage treatment and has been working well.
