摘  要:针对焦作矿区突水原因复杂多变的现状,采用岩层运动和矿山压力理论,结合数值计算的方法,探讨了坚硬顶板运动对底板破坏的作用机理。研究结果表明:对坚硬顶板进行提前断顶处理,能够大大减少底板的破坏深度,从而减轻突水危险性。经过多个工作面的实际观测,证明了断顶后大幅度降低了老顶初次来压期间的出水量,起到了很好的防止突水的效果。研究成果可以在相似条件矿区推广应用。There are many underground water ingress accidents in Jiaozuo Mining Group during past 30 years.Some of them occur at first cracking of main roof.Based on strata movement and ground pressure analysis,this study presents a relationship between hard main roof movement and floor cracking.The study results show that pre-cracking hard main roof before its first cracking,the depth of floor cracking will be greatly reduced.Subsequently,the possibility of underground water ingress will be greatly reduced.This conclusion is applied at many longwall faces in Jiaozuo Mining area.The field monitoring data show that the average ingress water volume is decreased from 100 to 30m3/h after pre-cracking hard main roof.The result in this study can be used in other mining areas with similar conditions.
