摘　　要：分析影响高校科技期刊出版时滞的主要因素,通过实例计算探讨缩短出版时滞的最佳方案。建议:高校科技期刊灵活调控存稿量,当存稿量较大时,要快速调整到理想的存稿量和出版时滞,可在增加发稿量的同时减少录用量;当实现预期目标以后,确定一个临界录用率,维持相对稳定的出版时滞。We analyze the main factors influencing university scientific journals＇ publication delay and then provide the best regulation scheme of shortening publication delay with examples of calculations. We suggest the administrators of university scientific journals regulate the unpublished amount flexibly and adjust it to ideal situation in time if it is large by increasing the issued amount and decreasing the accepted amount. When the expected target is achieved, the critical adopting rate should be given so as to maintain relatively stable publication delay.
