摘  要:为了适应电力系统的发展对高压断路器提出的高可靠和智能化的要求,通过对双线圈双稳态永磁操作机构真空断路器工作原理的分析,对真空断路器工作过程中双稳态永磁操作机构的磁路特性的讨论,最后针对双稳态永磁操作机构真空断路器设计了一种智能控制器。该控制器能够实现检测、控制、保护、通信等多种功能,配有独立的永磁机构控制单元,能够同时实现对系统过欠压、系统漏电、系统短路、发生过载及缺相现象时,系统有远程通信的功能,提供报警和完成保护动作。最后进行试验,结果显示:该新型智能控制器功能独立完善、工作环境条件下性能稳定可靠,操作简单,提高了断路器的可靠性和智能化程度,为电力系统安全提供里有力保障。With the development of power systems,it requires highly reliable and intelligent high voltage circuit breakers.With the analysis of operating mechanism of dual-coil bi-stable permanent magnetic actuator(PMA) vacuum circuit breaker,and the investigation of the magnetic circuit operating mechanism of the bi-stable PMA from qualitative and quantitative perspective in vacuum circuit breaker working process,a new intelligent controller with dual-coil bi-stable PMA vacuum circuit breaker is designed.The controller has the functions of detection,control,protection and communication,etc.In addition,with an independent permanent body control unit,it can provide alarm and protection when the system is over voltage,system leakage,short circuit,overload and phase phenomenon because the system has remote communications capabilities.The test result demonstrates that the new intelligent controller in working environment is independent in functionality,reliable in performance,simple in operation.The new controller greatly improves the performance and intelligent level of PMA vacuum circuit breaker,provides a strong security guarantee to power system.
