摘  要:脱胶蚕丝经过碱液预浸渍后用PFI和盘磨打浆,并与针叶木浆配抄。对打浆后蚕丝的纤维形态及蚕丝与针叶木配抄后纸张的性能进行分析。结果表明,蚕丝经过处理后具有同植物纤维相近的分丝帚化性质;与针叶木浆配抄后,可以提高纸张的松厚度,添加量在10%时,可以提高纸张的抗张强度。The degumed silk which was pretreated with dilute alkali solution was refined by PFI and disc refiner, and then used with softwood pulp. It was analyzed in this paper that the fiber morphology of the refined silk and the properties of paper made by silk fiber and softwood pulp. The results showed that silk fiber has the similar fibrous fibrillating property with plant fiber, the bulk of the paper made by silk fiber and softwood pulp can be improved and meanwhile when the addition of silk fiber is 10%, the paper tensile strength is improved.
