摘　　要：建立用电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定金鸡片中Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、B、P、Sr含量的分析方法。采用V(浓硝酸)+V(高氯酸)=(6+2)mL混合酸溶解消化样品,在选定的实验条件下直接测定。结果表明,九种元素的回收率(n=6)在94.5%～105.5%之间,RSD≤6.7%。此方法简便、快速、可靠,用于金鸡片中常量和微量元素的测定,结果满意。To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、B、P and Sr in Jinji tablets by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry（ICP-AES）.The sample was digested with the acid mixture of HNO3＋HClO4（6＋2）mL before determined by ICP-AES under the selected experimental conditions.The results showed that the recovery ratios（n=6） by standard addition were in the range of 94.5%-105.5% and RSD≤6.7%.It concluded the method was simple,rapid,and reliable which applied to the determination of multiple macroelements and microelements contents in Jinji tablets with satisfactory results.
