摘　　要：目的 探讨封闭负压引流（VSD）治疗神经缺血性糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我科自2008年4月至2011年3月收治的40例神经缺血性糖尿病足溃疡患者,根据治疗情况分为VSD治疗组和普通换药组,比较两组的创面缩小情况、肉芽组织生长时间和治疗费用的数据,应用统计学方法进行分析,对VSD的治疗效果进行评价.结果应用VSD治疗组创面缩小明显,肉芽组织生长快,治疗费用少.结论 应用VSD治疗神经缺血性糖尿病足溃疡相较于普通换药治疗创面愈合快,预后好,花费少,值得临床广泛借鉴和应用.Objective To explore the clinical application of vacuum sealing drainage on the treatment of neuroischemia diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 40 patients with neuroisehemia diabetic foot ulcer received from April 2008 to March 2011. The patients were divided into 2 groups, VSD group and control group （ordinary dressing change）. Statistic analysis was carried out on the data from reducing condition of wound surface, growth time of granulation tissue and payment for treatment between the two groups, to analyze the clinical effect of VSD treatment. Results The 20 patients who underwent VSD treatment got better effect of wound surface contracted obviously, quick tissue granulation and less payment than that in the control group. Conclusion It could get quicker healing, better prognosis and less payment for the treatment of neuroischemia diabetic foot ulcer by using VSD treatment than ordinary dressing change. It is worth spreading widely in clinic.
