柴油机涡流室不同镶块材料的试验研究

摘  要:柴油机涡流室中,燃烧室的面容比较大,冷起动较难;柴油机涡流室镶块在冷热交变工况的作用下易发生热疲劳、裂纹、脱落等现象- 为了改善柴油机涡流室的冷起动性,提高镶块的可靠性,笔者提出了新型镶块材料———细结构模压石墨,并采用试验对比的方法,研究了4Cr9Si2 、铸铁、陶瓷和模压石墨四种镶块材料的热导率、冷起动性、排温、油耗及示功图- 分析试验结果后得出:新型镶块材料———细结构模压石墨能减轻机械负荷,降低燃烧噪声,提高柴油机的可靠性,改善柴油机的冷起动性和经济性-The ratio between area and volume for diesel engines' swirl chamber is relatively larger, so cold start of engines is difficult. Under alternating action of hot and cold, phenomena such as hot fatigue, craze and pull off, occur to inserts of swirl chambers.The idea of a new kind of insert material, i.e. extrusion graphite with fine structure, is put forward to improve cold start performance of engines and reliability of inserts. And with the method of test comparison, thermal conductivity, cold start capacity, exhaust temperature, fuel consumption and indicator diagram of swirl chamber inserts of four different materials are studied. The four different materials are 4Cr9Si2, cast iron, ceramic and extrusion graphite with fine structure. The new material for the insert, extrusion graphite with fine structure, can lighten engines' load, reduce combustion noise and improve durability, cold start capacity and economical characteristics of engines.
