摘　　要：ＰＮ－ＳＦ１自流浇注料具有施工方便、强度高、导热系数低、体积稳定性好等优点。石横特殊钢厂采用自流浇注料砌筑３０ｔ钢包和２５ｔＬＦ精炼包的永久层，经合理施工，严格养护、烘烧制度，钢包使用寿命分别比砌砖永久层钢包提高１５．２％和１２．８％，年降耗５６．５万元。PN-SF1 self flowing pouring refractory possesses of some advantages of simple construction,high strength,low heat conductance,good volume stability,etc Now,Shiheng special steel plant utilizes self flowing pouring refractory to build the permanent layer of 30t ladle and 25t LF refining ladle Through reasonable construction,strict treatment and maintenance,the service life compared with bricking permanent layer is increased separately by 15 2% and 12 8% and the profit of decreasing consumption is up to 0 565 million yuan/a (RMB)
