提高刚玉砖在加热炉出钢槽上使用寿命的措施

摘　　要：　轧钢加热炉的出钢槽采用刚玉砖砌筑时，由于刚玉砖热稳定性差或施工时刚玉砖之间的缝隙密封不严，易降低出钢槽的使用寿命。为提高其使用寿命，应控制炉膛压力处于微正压状态，尽量减小刚玉砖之间的砌筑缝隙并留设膨胀缝；预制块底部的耐火砖砌筑须平整，应避免连铸钢坯切削刚玉砖。Because Corundum brick has poor thermal stability or the gap between brick and brick has not strictly sealing in the process of construction,the service life of billet out channel of reheating furnace is easily decreased For increasing the service life some measures included of controlling hearth pressure at small positive pressure status,reducing gap between brick and brick,avoiding cutting brick by billet,etc must be taken on
