摘  要:石横特殊钢厂在铆焊车间下料工序中对液化石油气切割和乙炔切割进行了对比试验。结果表明,1瓶液化石油气的切割量相当于1.8瓶乙炔的切割量;与乙炔切割相比,液化石油气切割具有切口表面光滑,清渣容易,便于贮存,安全可靠等优点,可降低生产成本约16.6万元/a,但其切割时预热时间长,耗氧量大,点火困难。The comparison test between of liquided petroleum gas cutting process and ethine cutting process is done in the process of cutting material of rivet-welding workshop of Shiheng special steel plant The result expresses that the cutting quantity of one bottle of liquided petroleum gas is on an equality with the cutting quantity of 1 8 bottles of ethine;compared with ethine cutting process,the advantages of liquided petroleum gas cutting process are smooth cutting surface,easily cleaning scale,sefety and reliabitity,etc,but the defects are longer preheating time,bigger oxygen consumption and difficult firing ,etc This process can decrease production cost of 0 166 million yuan/a
