摘　　要：石横特殊钢厂采用ＥＢＴ＋ＬＦ冶炼、水平连铸浇铸工艺生产ＧＣｒ１５轴承钢。实践表明，采用ＥＢＴ＋ＬＦ＋ＨＣＣ工艺可以生产出质量符合ＹＢ９－６８要求的轴承钢，可实现一火成材，提高成材率，具有显著的效益。Bearing steel(GCr 15 )is produced by EBT+LF refining and horizontal continuous casting process in Shiheng special steel plant The practice proves that using of EBT+LF+HCC process can produce out the bearing steel which is in accordance with the standard of YB9-68,can achieve process of “roll in one heat”,can increase the yield and profit
