摘　　要：为了规整高炉炉内炉型,需要喷补造衬,但在喷补过程中喷涂料反弹率很高,堆积在炉内料面上,严重影响料面透气性,其主要成分为三氧化二铝,造成高炉复风后运行困难,为了解决此问题,需要设计一套装置将喷补反弹料从炉内取出。Lining painting is needed to polish furnace inner surface, but so high is the painting material rebound rate in the painting process piling in the surface of raw material that it affects permeability of the raw material and makes the furnace operation difficult after re-blasting. A device to fetch the rebound material from the inner furnace is needed to design.
