摘  要:【目的】观察吲哚布芬对2型糖尿病患者血小板聚集功能及凝血机制的影响。【方法】分别以比浊法和凝固法检测应用吲哚布芬治疗前后2型糖尿病患者的血小板最大聚集率(MAR)和凝血全套各指标的变化。【结果】经吲哚布芬治疗后,61例2型糖尿病患者活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原凝固时间(FIBT)明显延长(P〈0.05),纤维蛋白原(FIB)浓度和由二磷酸腺苷、胶原、花生四烯酸诱导的MAR显著降低(P〈0.05),而凝血酶原时间(PT)、国际标准化比值(INR)、凝血酶时间(TT)和由凝血酶诱导的MAR无明显变化(P〉0.05)。【结论】吲哚布芬可抑制2型糖尿病患者的血小板聚集及改善其血流动力学,而对PT、TT、INR等无明显影响,是2型糖尿病患者抗血小板治疗的一种安全有效药物。[Objective] To observe the effect of indobufen on platelet aggregation and coagulation of type 2 diabetic patients. [Methods]The changes of maximal platelet aggregation(MAR) and indices of blood coagulation were observed before and after indobufen was used for the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients by using turbidimetry and freezing method. [Results] After the treatment with indobufen, activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and fibrinogen clotting time(FIBT) of 61 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were pro- longed obviously( P〈0.05), while fibrinogen(FIB) and MAR induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP), collagen(Coil) and arachidonicacid(ACA) were decreased obviously( P 〈0.05). No change of prothrombin time (PT), international normalized ratio(INR), thrombin time(TT) and MAR induced by thrombin was found( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] Indobufen can inhibit platelet aggregation and improve the hemodynamics in type 2 dia- betic patients, and has no effect on PT, TT and INR. Therefore, it is safe and effective in anti-platelet aggregation treatment of type 2 diabetic patients.
