摘　　要：针对模糊综合评价法在物流配送服务合理化评价中的不足,将多层次灰色综合评价法应用于配送合理化的评价。首先建立物流配送合理化的评价指标体系,其次介绍多层次灰色综合评价的步骤,并应用于实例的计算。最后总结了多层次灰色综合评价法的全面性以及与模糊综合评价法相比的优越性。In view of the inadequacy of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the effectiveness evaluation of logistics and distribution serviees, the paper introduces the multi-layered grey comprehensive evaluation method. First it formulates the index system for the evaluation of the effectiveness of logistics and distribution services, then introduces the procedures of the multi-layered grey comprhensive evaluation and applies it to an empirical example. At the end it comments on the versatility of the model and its superiority in regard to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
