摘　　要：经甲醛、乙醇、冰醋酸溶液固定,固绿染色液染色制作旋毛虫肌幼虫标本,方法简单,制作快速,幼虫虫体清晰可见,整体色调柔和,易于观察,可长期保存。Trichinella spiralis larvae were collected and specimens were prepared by fixation with a solution of formaldehyde,alcohol,and acetic acid and fast green staining.This method is a simple and fast way to prepare specimens.The specimens had clearly visible structures with muted colors and were readily observed.
