血吸虫病多原发结直肠癌13例治疗效果观察

摘　　要：对本院1990年7月～2008年10月收治的13例血吸虫病结直肠癌患者的临床资料行回顾性分析。探讨手术治疗血吸虫病结直肠癌的治疗效果。13例患者发现第一原发癌后行手术切除肿瘤,术后行化疗和/或放疗,3年内均发现第二原发癌,第二原发癌术后部分接受化疗和/或放疗,至今共死亡5例,无1例因癌症复发或转移死亡。血吸虫可诱发多原性结直肠癌,由于其分期较早,预后较好,手术切除肿瘤可达根治效果。To study the effectiveness of surgery in treating colorectal carcinomas resulting from schistosomiasis. Thirteen patients with primary colorectal carcinoma resulting from schistosomiasis underwent tumor resection after detection of the first carcinoma and chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy following surgery. Within 3 years a second carcinoma devel- oped. Patients again underwent surgery and chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. As of today, all 5 patients have died. None of the patients died due to recurrence or metastases. Schistosomiasis can induce multiple primary colorectal carcinoma. Multiple primary colorectal carcinoma has a good prognosis because it is early-stage carcinoma and can be completely resected.
