摘 要:海上弱固结砂岩气藏一旦出砂,危害极大,准确地预测出砂尤为重要。目前国内外关于出砂预测的模型均基于一定的假设条件进行理论计算,参数较多,直接影响到预测精度。笔者基于出砂物理模拟实验,首次研制了一套气井出砂物理模拟实验装置,并进行了大量实际储层全直径岩心模拟实验,测定了岩心发生出砂时的临界压差与流量,通过相似原理反算出实际生产时的出砂临界压差。根据实验测试结果,回归了生产压差与岩心单轴抗压强度的拟合关系,形成了一种简单有效的弱固结气藏出砂预测方法。该方法首次在南海某深水气田进行了应用,预测误差可控制在10%以内。A precise prediction of sanding is highly important for offshore weakly consolidated sandstone gas reservoirs because of unlimited hazard induced by sanding.Currently,most of sanding prediction models at home and abroad have common characteristics that prediction results are based on theoretical calculation with numerous parameters under a certain assumed condition.However,the prediction precision could not be guaranteed in this way because it is very difficult to precisely obtain various parameters the prediction requires.The paper for the first time developed a sanding experimental apparatus for physical modeling,by which numerous simulation tests on full diameter cores from reservoirs were carried out.The critical drawdown and flow rate of cores were measured and recorded as sanding occurs,and then the critical drawdown in real sand production was inversely calculated with similarity principle.Based on these measured data,a fitting relation formulation between the drawdown of real production and the uniaxial compressive strength of cores could be finally established by regression method,in this way a simple and effectual sanding prediction system for offshore weakly consolidated sandstone gas reservoirs was firstly created.Actually,this system has been already successfully applied to one deepwater gas field in the South China Sea since prediction errors could be controlled within 10%.
