传承和平文化的“止戈·花溪”历史文化风景区规划建设思考

摘　　要：通过对生态旅游基质发达的四川洪雅县及其周边旅游资源的调查研究,探讨如何在历史文化风景区挖掘和平文化和传承中华文化,如何借助和平文化的特质去营造一个以"低碳经济"为规划理念,具有环境优雅、和平文化内涵丰富、产业可持续发展的优质风景区等,探讨构建"止戈?花溪"历史文化风景区建设必要性。Based on study of Tourism resources of the matrix developed eco-tourism in and around Hongya County,the paper discusses the necessity of ＂ ZhigeHuaxi ＂ historical and cultural scenic spot construction by exploring how to trace the heritage of Chinese culture in historical tourism spots,how to develop the planning concept of ＂low carbon economy integrated with the nature of peaceful culture,which is characteristic of beautiful environment,rich cultural connotation of peace,sustainable development of industrial areas.
