摘 要:以星斑川鲽(Platichthys Stellatus;初始体质量为75.6±0.18g)为研究对象,以新型蛋白源(大豆浓缩蛋白、脱酚棉籽蛋白、喷雾干燥血球蛋白粉等)为原料,通过调节饲料氨基酸水平,配制出5种等氮等能的饲料D0、D17、D35、D52和D69,其中D0(添加58%脱脂鱼粉)为对照组,其余各组分别替代17%、35%、52%和69%的鱼粉。试验共分5组,每组设3个平行,试验期60d。结果表明,当新型蛋白源替代鱼粉量的35%,胃蛋白酶活力开始下降为36.87U/mg.min,D35、D52和D69组无显著性差异(P>0.05),显著小于D0和D17组(P<0.05);当替代鱼粉量的69%时,肠道蛋白酶活力显著降低,小于其他4组(P<0.05);且胃蛋白酶活力显著高于肠道蛋白酶活力(P<0.05)。蛋白质消化率和干物质消化率在前三组间无显著差异(P>0.05),显著高于D52和D69组(P<0.05),D69组的平均增重率显著低于其他4组(P<0.05),且饲料系数显著高于前四组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,用新型蛋白源替代饲料中35%的鱼粉是可行的。This experiment was on the research of substituting fishmeal with new protein sources in diets of juvenile starry flounder [initial weight(75.6±0.18)g].Five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets(D0,D17,D35,D52,and D69) were formulated by regulating amino acid balance of new protein resources(soy protein concentrated,dephenolized cottonseed protein,spray-dried blood meal.),D0 with 58% fishmeal as control group,fishmeal was replaced by new protein sources at four levels of 17%,35%,52%,and 69%.Five groups in triplicate were divided randomly for 60-day experimental period.The results showed that stomach protease activity reduced to 36.87 U/mg min when 35% fish meal was replaced by new protein sources.D35,D52,and D69 were lower than D0 and D17 significantly,but no differences were found among them(P0.05),intestine protease activity of fish fed D69 was significantly lower than other groups,and stomach protease activity was dramatically higher than intestine protease activity(P0.05).There was no difference in protein digestibility and dry matter digestibility among D0,D17,and D35,but D52 and D69 decreased obviously(P0.05);Feed conversion ratio(FCR) of D0 was 0.80 and no difference with D17,D35,and D52(P0.05),while FCR of D69 was 0.98 and significantly higher than other groups(P0.05);Compared to other four groups,weight gain(WG) of D69 was significantly lower(P0.05).These results show that dietary fishmeal levels can be considerably reduced to 35% without any adverse on growth performances for juvenile starry flounder.
