摘　　要：在分析影响高校毕业生就业主要因素的基础上,利用层次分析法相关理论,建立了毕业生就业前景评价模型。该模型可以确定出社会、个体、家庭以及学校等各类因素对当前高校毕业生就业前景的影响权重,并对毕业生的就业前景做出综合评价,从而实现对毕业生的就业前景进行全方位的动态预测及其过程控制,以此加强高校毕业生就业指导工作的针对性,达到提高高校毕业生一次就业率的目的。Based on the analysis of major influencing factors of college graduate employment,the evaluation model of college graduate employment prospect is established by means of relevant theory of analytic hierarchy process.This model reflects the influencing weight of various major factors on the employment prospect of present college graduates,such as society,individuals,family and university,and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the prospects of graduates.And then,all-round dynamic forecast and process control for employment prospect of graduates are carried out so as to strengthen the employment instruction of college graduates and improve the primary rate of employment for college graduates.
