摘 要:景区经营权转让后委托代理关系包含两层,即公民与政府之间的委托代理关系、政府和旅游企业之间的委托代理关系。景区经营权转让后委托代理关系的特征主要表现为公众委托人身份不明确、政府处于关键地位、代理链条冗长、委托风险和代理风险并存等。委托代理关系数学模型表明:信息对称条件下,代理人会选择努力工作来使自己的利益最大化;信息不对称条件下,代理人会选择机会主义行为来使自己的利益最大化,从而损害委托人的利益。The relationship of the principal-agent after the transfer of management authority at tourist areas include two aspects,one is the relationship of the principal-agent between citizens and goverment,the other is the relationship of the principal-agent between government and the tourism enterprises.The main characteristics of the relationship between the principal-agent can be clasified into the following aspects,that is,the unclear of the identity of the public agent,the key position of government,the long agent chain,the coexist of the risk about the principal and the agent etc.The math model of the relationship about the principal-agent shows the agent will choose to work hand in order to make their profit maximum under the symmetry of information.Moreover,the agent will use the opportunism to make their profit maximum and then damage the benefit of the principal under the unsymmetry of information.
