中药复方“病毒克”对兔HCLV模型体温曲线影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究中药复方"病毒克"抗猪瘟病毒作用,为扩大临床应用范围提供实验依据.[方法]本研究采用水萃取法制备"病毒克"浸膏,以猪瘟兔化弱毒(Hog cholera lapinized virus,HCLV)"C株"为模式病毒,以体温为检测指标,研究中药复方对兔感染HCLV定型热反应的影响.[结果]中药复方能缩短兔HCLV模型定型热反应潜伏期、延长稽留热时间,促进体温下降的作甪.[结论]中药复方"病毒克"在攻毒72小时后对兔HCLV模型具有促进体温迅速下降并完全恢复到正常水平的作用.Objective：To provide experimental data for expanding clinical application,the paper studies the anti-Swine Fever Virus effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bing Du Ke.Methods： The research makes Bing Du Ke extractum by adopting water extraction,and studies the effect of Chinese herbal compound on the response of regular type Class Swine Fever in rabbit,with the HCLV as mode virus and temperature as Measurement Indicators.Results： The Chinese herbal compound can shorten incubation period of regular type Class Swine Fever,prolong the times of enecia,and promote temperature to drop.Conclusion： Injected into the rabbit with HCLV after 72 hours,the Chinese herbal compound has the effect to promote temperature to drop and make the body temperature recover for rabbit HCLV model.
