摘  要:对轴对称折叠组合腔CO_2激光器进行了相关的实验研究。主要用线图的方式研究了在两种不同混合气体比例条件下,输出功率与放电电流之间和输出功率与放电气压之间的关系。引入辅助气体Xe后,输出功率有很大的提高,能够达到35%左右。根据模型结构的实际参数,运用数值计算的方法模拟画出其输出光强和光斑分布图。以三维5根、7根和9根放电管同时放电时的输出光斑分布情况为例与实验光斑拍摄图进行对比,对轴对称折叠组合腔CO_2激光器输出进行理论与实验验证,结果表明实验和理论是一致的。通过以上实验研究,可以为CO_2激光器的生产提供参考。The experiments of axisymmetric folded-combination CO2 laser are researched in this paper. By way of graph, the relationships of the output power with the discharge current and the discharge gas pressure are mainly studied, in the conditions of two different proportions of mixed gas. The output power improves greatly after the assistant gas Xe added, which is 35 percent about. According to the actual parameters of the laser, we have obtained the distribution figures of output intensity and light spots by numerical calculation. Taking three-dimensional structure with 5, 7 and 9 discharge tubes as examples, the figures of output light spots by theory and experiment are compared. By verifying the output light spots of axisymmetric folded-combination CO2 laser theoretically and experimentally, the results are agreement with each other. The experimental researches may offer some reference for the manufacture of CO2 laser.
