摘 要:以三氯化钌、2-2联吡啶为主要原料,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基质,制备了钌联吡啶/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯发光温敏漆,并对其温度猝灭特性进行了研究。扫描电镜观察发现钌联吡啶为规则的层状六边形结构;差热-热重测试表明钌联吡啶在320℃发生分解。紫外吸收光谱分析发现,温敏漆的适合激发光波长区间为410~500 nm。荧光光谱测试结果表明温敏漆的发射波长为583nm,并且随着温度的升高,发光强度逐渐减弱,说明该温敏漆具有较好的温度猝灭特性。Luminescent temperature sensitive paint is prepared by using RuCI3·xH2O, bipyridyl as the primary material, and methylmethacrylate is used as matrix. Infrared spectroscopy reveales that the structure of bipyridyl is complete in the ru thenium complex. The molecules of ruthenium complex are tabular crystal and regular hexagon showing from the picture of scanning electron microscope. TG-DTA test implies that the ruthenium complex break up at 320℃. The absorption spectra of temperarure sensitive paint reveals that the absorption wavelength of luminophore at 410-470 nm. The fluorescent spec- tra indicates that the emission peak of temperature sensitive paint is at 581 nm, and the fluorescent intensity reduces along with the temperature increasing at the same excitation wavelength and excitation intensity. The result verifies there is better temperature quenching characterization of luminescent temperature sensitive paint.
