摘　　要：由于报道量、报道方式、编排形式等因素所导致的电视民生新闻中负面报道失当的问题日益突出,这往往会误导受众和新闻报料人,产生负面报道"通胀"效应并破坏收视情绪。媒介从业人员应树立正确的新闻价值观,坚持正确的舆论导向,使负面报道产生正面的社会效应。The problem of improper report of negative TV news of people＇ s livelihood is increasingly prominent because of improper report number, report way and layout form, which will mislead audience and news informants, produce ＂inflation＂ effect of negative reports and damage viewing mood, etc. Media practitioners should set up correct news values, adhere to the correct orientation of public opinion and make negative reports to produce positive social effects.
