摘　　要：基于中国13家商业银行年报数据,从中间业务收入总体情况、收入结构以及运作效率三方面,分析中国商业银行中间业务发展现状,指出中间业务法律体系不够完善、种类单一、利润贡献小、技术服务手段低、管理运作不够完善等问题,并提出完善法律体系、加快品种开发、完善技术服务手段、加强组织内部管理等解决对策。Based on the data of annual report of Chinese 13 commercial banks,this paper discussed the current situation of Chinese commercial banks＇ intermediate business in aspects of intermediate business＇s overall income,income structure and operational efficiency.It pointed out the problems of intermediate business such as imperfect legal system,single species,small profit contribution,low technical service means,inadequate management and so on,and proposed measures to improve the legal system,speed up product development,improve technical service means,and strengthen the internal management of the organization.
