畜粪、木屑混合物蚯蚓堆制过程中蚓体生长的影响因素研究

摘　　要：采用室内接种法,就畜粪、木屑混合物蚯蚓堆肥过程中影响赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)生长的因素及其规律进行了研究.结果表明:蚯蚓接种密度为16～40mg/g范围时,相对有利于蚯蚓的存活、繁殖、生长及基质消耗,接种密度过高(64mg/g)会显著降低蚯蚓的繁殖率、个体平均增重和基质日消耗量;低湿度(60%)对蚯蚓的存活、繁殖、增重生长及基质消耗均具有显著抑制效应,而高湿度(80%)亦会抑制蚯蚓的繁殖和基质消耗,但对蚯蚓存活及增重生长无明显影响;低温(10℃)和高温(30℃)均会抑制蚯蚓繁殖,但低温和高温对基质的消耗减量却分别具有抑制和促进效应;木屑配比过高或过低均会抑制蚯蚓个体增重,但高木屑配比则有利于基质的减量消耗和蚯蚓繁殖.Using indoor inoculation method,the experiment studied on the growth affecting factors and principles for Eisenia foetida in the vermicomposting of animal manure with sawdust.The results indicate that it is favourable for the survival,reproduction,growth and substrate consumption of Eisenia foetida when earthworms inoculation density is 16-40 mg/g range,and high inoculation density（64 mg/g） can significantly reduce the earthworm reproductive rate,daily weight gain and matrix consumption.Low humidity（60%） has significantly inhibitory effect on the survival,reproduction,growth of earthworms and substrate consumption,however,high humidity（80%） also can inhibit the reproduction and substrate consumption of earthworms,which has no effect on the survival ratio and growth of earthworms.Low temperature（10 ℃） and high temperature（30 ℃） both can inhibit the reproduction of earthworms,but have inhibitory and promoting effects on the consumption of substrate respectively.High or low ratio of sawdust can inhibit earthworm daily weight gain,but high ratio of sawdust has promoting effects on earthworm reproduction and substrate consumption.
