摘  要:肺动脉高压(pulmonary hypertension,PH)时,参与肺血管重塑的内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞等存在不同程度的Notch家族基因表达上调。Notch信号转导通路在肺血管形成,血管平滑肌细胞及内皮细胞等增殖、分化、凋亡方面起重要调控作用。Notch信号转导通路参与PH形成和发展。这为PH的治疗提供了前景广阔的新靶点和新思路,但有诸多问题需进一步阐明。There are different levels of Notch family genes expression were up-regulated in pulmonary vessels endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells which are related to vascular remodeling in pulmonary hypertension(PH)patients, Notch signal transduction pathway plays an important role in the regulation of the pulmonary vessels formation, vascular smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis. Notch pathway is involved in the formation and development of PH. This provides a promising new targets and new ideas in treatment of PH, but there are many problems need to be further clarified.
