呼吸道清除系统在老年腹部手术后排痰效果的观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察呼吸道清除系统(VestTM系统)用于老年腹部手术后排痰效果。[方法]将80例老年腹部手术病人随机分为4组,每组20例,A组、B组、C组、D组分别给予不同胸壁振动频率进行排痰治疗,观察4组病人痰液清除量、胸部X线片、引流液的量、心率血压等血流动力学、插管脱位、病人体位舒适程度与配合度等指标。[结果]D组痰液清除量优于A组,病人舒适程度与配合度优于C组,在病人疼痛主诉上D组优于B组、C组。[结论]老年腹部手术后使用VestTM系统,采取频率梯度递增法在排痰效果、病人满意度和配合度等指标均收到满意效果,有效预防老年腹部手术后肺部感染的发生。Objective： To observe the expectoration effect of airway clearance system（VestTM system） in elderly after undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods： A total of 80 elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into 4 groups,were respectively given expectoration treatment of different chest wall vibration frequency,then to observe the removal of sputum,chest X-ray,drainage fluid volume,hemodynamic of heart rate and blood pressure,intubation dislocation,position comfort level and fitting degree of the patients and the other indicators.Results：Sputum removal volume in pressure gradient group was more than that of the low pressure group,and position comfort level and fitting degree of the patients were better than that of lower pressure group.Conclusion： VestTM system for elderly patients after undergoing abdominal surgery can prevent the lung infection of elderly after abdominal surgery,the satisfying effect is got in expectoration effect,the satisfaction degree and matching degree of patients by adopting frequency gradient incremental approach.
