摘　　要：介绍了万家寨水电站黑启动方案。描述了山西电网利用万家寨水电站发电机组黑启动试验及实时运行状况。试验结果表明,该方案具有可操作性,可作为晋蒙电网全停后快速启动的一种应急预案。This paper has introduced the black-up plan of Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station. And it has described that the Shanxi Power Grid used Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station to carry out black-up test and record the real-time operation status of generating unit. The test result indicates this plan has maneuverability, and it can be used as a kind of emergency plan to quick start the power grid when the power grid of Shanxi and Inner Mongolia are stopped.
