摘  要:目的优选决明子中脂肪油的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以脂肪油的相对含量(ml/100g)为考察指标,考察粉碎度、热提取时间、冷浸时间和固液比各因素对决明子脂肪油提取效率的影响。结果各因素对提取效率的影响程度依次是粉碎度〉热提取时间〉冷浸时间〉固液比,方差R值分别为16.53、0.31、2.48和1.97;在方差分析中粉碎度(F=105.8592,P〈0.01)和热提取时间(F=27.4856,P〈0.05)2个因素具有统计学意义。结论最佳提取工艺为用10目粉,冷浸12h,热回流提取2次,分别为2h和30min,固液比为1/6。Objective To optimize the extraction process of fatty oil from Cassiae obtusifolia L. Methods A method of orthogonal test was developed with the index of the relative content of fatty oil ( ml/100 g). The factors of grinding degree, extraction time, soak time and solid-liquid ratio were investigated to optimize the extraction efficiency process of fatty oil from Cassiae obtusifolia L. Results The effect on the efficiency of extraction was affected by grinding degree, extraction time, soak time and solid-liquid ratio(R = 16.53, 0.31,2.48, 1.97, respectively). The factors of grinding degree ( F = 105. 8592, P 〈 0.01 ) and extraction time ( F = 27. 4856, P 〈 0.05 ) had statistical significance in the analysis of variance. Conclusion Best extracting process: take powder through 10 mesh sieve, dipped in cold solution for 12 hours, then heat reflux extract for two times, take the leaching when in 30min and 2 hours. The solid-to-liquid ratio is 1/6.
