摘　　要：分析一种手机底壳塑件的工艺性,并根据该塑件结构特点,进行分型面位置的选择,流道的设计计算,抽芯机构的设计计算,冷却水道的设计计算。并基于UG NX Mold Wizard对塑件进行手工分模,创建模架,设计塑件成型、抽芯及冷却等组件,并完成了模具总体结构设计。指出利用UG NX Mold Wizard中的设计工具结合重要部件的理论计算能高效的完成复杂结构塑件的注塑模具设计。A mobile phone pan and the technology of plastic parts were analyzed according to the structure characteristics, the position of parting surface was chosen design and calculation of the cooling channels were taken. And based on UG NX Mold Wizard,parting molded with hand was completed, formwork was created, the plastics molding core-drawing and cooling components were designed, and the mould structure design was completed. Using UG NX Mold Wizard with important components design tool, the theoretical calculation could efficient perform complex structure of plastics injection mold design.
