胃肠安对人胃腺癌细胞(SGC-7901)裸鼠移植瘤p-AKT及Twist蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察胃肠安对人胃腺癌细胞(SGC-7901)裸小鼠皮下移植瘤模型p-AKT及Twist蛋白表达影响。方法:将30只人胃癌细胞SGC-7901建立裸小鼠皮下移植瘤模型,随机分为3组,每组10只。对照组予生理盐水0.3 mL灌胃,1次/d;胃肠安组予胃肠安煎剂0.3 mL灌胃,1次/d;5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组予5-Fu注射液2 mg腹腔注射,1次/周。免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织p-AKT及Twist蛋白表达情况。结果:胃肠安作用后,SGC-7901裸鼠移植瘤p-AKT及Twist蛋白表达降低(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠安可抑制SGC-7901裸鼠移植瘤AKT磷酸化以及下调Twist蛋白表达。Objective：To investigate the influence of Weichangan Decoction on the expressions of p-AKT and Twist proteins in xenograft nude mice model of human gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901.Methods：30 BALB/C nude mice transplanted with human gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901 were randomly divided into three groups（10 mice per group）.The control group was given intragastric administration of normal saline 0.3 mL,1 time/day;Weichangan group was given intragastric administration of Weichangan Decoction 0.3 mL,1 time/day;5-Fu group was given 5-Fu injection of 2 mg for intraperitoneal injection,1 time/week.Protein expressions of tumor tissue p-AKT and Twist were detected with immunohistochemical methods.Results：After the treatment of Weichangan Decoction,expression of p-AKT and Twist proteins decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Wei Chang An Decoction can inhibit the phosphorylation of AKT of human gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901and lower the expression of Twist protein.
