通窍活血汤联合手术治疗声带息肉临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术与通窍活血汤结合治疗声带息肉的临床疗效。方法:将63例声带息肉患者随机分为治疗组(中药加手术组)32例和对照组(单纯手术组)31例,均行支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术,术后治疗组口服通窍活血汤14 d,观察两组疗效。结果:对照组(单纯手术组)和治疗组(中药加手术组)的痊愈显效率分别为80.65%和93.75%,有效率分别为90.32%和96.87%。结论:手术与通窍活血汤结合治疗声带息肉术后患者的声带功能恢复具有促进作用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with surgery in treating vocal cord polyps.Methods：63 cases with vocal polyps were randomly divided into 32 cases of treatment group treated with both Chinese medicine and surgery and 31 cases of control group treated with only surgery.Both groups were given vocal cord polypectomy under laryngoscope.After surgery,the treatment group was orally administered Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction for two weeks.The clinical efficacy was observed in both groups.Results：The curative rates were 80.65% and 93.75% respectively in the control group and treatment group and the effective rates were 90.32% and 96.87% respectively.Conclusion：Surgery combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can promote the function rehabilitation of vocal cord after vocal cord polyp surgery.
